Dr. John McFarlane graduated Cum Laude from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, OR.  Before that he earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University. 

Dr. McFarlane has volunteered over 70 hours of unpaid chiropractic adjusting and patient education for the underprivileged at West Burnside Chiropractic Clinic. He's dedicated over 40 hours of volunteer care at Volunteers of America Drug Rehabilitation Clinic in Portland, Oregon as well.  Dr. McFarlane is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. McFarlane is an Eagle Scout and enjoys camping and volunteering with the Boy Scouts.  He was an All-State High School football player and continues his involvement with organized sports whenever possible.

Dr. McFarlane and his wife are the proud parents of four beautiful children: Owen (6), Paige (4), Sybil (3) and Chaney (1).
